CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

Begin your trucking career with a company committed to developing new drivers. If you have recently earned your Class A CDL and are looking for the experience needed to succeed, 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program serving drivers based in Pickerington, Ohio.

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, gaining practical knowledge beyond CDL school. After successfully completing the training program, you will transition to your own truck and may earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do During Training

You will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence required to operate independently. Training will include:

• Safe driving and trip planning
• Pickups and deliveries
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communication with dispatch
• Daily responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.
