If you are sick of short miles cutting into your weekly pay, we have an open spot on a dedicated regional retail account. This is a high-stamina, physical job, but it pays exceptionally well because of how the accessory bonuses stack up.

Pay and Work Highlights of the Position : 

Weekly Take-Home: Drivers on this run average between $1,300 and $1,700 gross every week.

Base Mileage: You lock in a flat $0.50 per mile for all miles driven.

Weekly Distance: Expect consistent lanes averaging anywhere from 1,000 to 1,700 miles a week.

Freight Profile: This is a 100% full hand-unload dry van account. You will physically unload the trailer yourself at the delivery points.

Home Time & Routine

Home Weekly: You will be out on regional routes but guaranteed to get home once a week for your reset.

Shifts: Dispatch runs around the clock, so you need to be flexible enough to handle both day and night driving.

Weekends & Holidays: Weekend driving is a standard part of the schedule. However, you will typically get regular calendar holidays off.

What it Takes to Qualify

License & Age: You need a valid Class A CDL and must be at least 21 years old.

Experience Tracks:

Trainees: We accept entry-level drivers with 0 months of experience (as long as you already have your CDL-A).

Experienced: You need either 6 months of OTR within the last year, or 12 months of OTR within the last 5 years. We fully count local Class A tractor-trailer experience toward this.

Physical Fitness: Because you are unloading the freight by hand, you must be able to safely lift 50 to 75 lbs and pass a brand-new DOT physical exam.

Background Check: No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months. Your record must show zero major preventable accidents over the past 5 years.

Drug Screening: Must pass a mandatory hair and urine test.
