Advance load planning also helps create smoother transitions between assignments and reduces unnecessary waiting for the next move.Route & Freight DetailsFreight consists primarily of no-touch dry van loads moving through an established network of interstate customer lanes. Drivers handle a combination of drop-and-hook and live load freight, with the majority of shipments requiring no driver unloading. Approved drivers may take their assigned truck home during resets or utilize a company parking location if preferred.Earnings & BenefitsWeekly earnings typically range from $1,300 to $1,450 depending on experience, miles, and freight flow. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays.
