This fleet is designed for drivers who value dependable freight, organized operations, and predictable home time.Average haul lengths range from 700 to 750 miles, helping drivers stay productive without relying on short runs to build their weekly paycheck. Dispatch works to provide upcoming load information early, helping reduce downtime and keep trucks moving across established freight corridors.Running LanesFreight consists primarily of no-touch dry van loads moving through a network of dedicated customer lanes. Drivers handle a combination of drop-and-hook and live load freight, with the majority of shipments requiring no driver unloading. Many trucks include APUs, inverters, and refrigerator space to improve comfort during multi-day trips. Equipment is maintained through a company-supported maintenance network focused on reducing downtime and keeping drivers on schedule.Schedule & PayDrivers operate on a 12-day schedule followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Approved drivers may take their assigned truck home during resets or utilize a company parking location if preferred.Weekly earnings typically range from $1,300 to $1,450 depending on experience, miles, and freight flow. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays.
