Freight operates on a continuous schedule with mostly overnight departures, creating familiar routes and dependable freight volume.Freight is primarily drop-and-hook with some live unloading using motorized pallet jacks. No manual heavy lifting is required, and training is provided for pallet jack operation. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is part of the regular schedule.Drivers receive a guaranteed 34-hour reset each week. Those living within 30 miles of the Roanoke terminal may complete daily 10-hour breaks at home based on their assigned schedule.Equipment You'll DriveOperate a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth sleeper tractor equipped with a 1,200–1,500-watt inverter.
