Summer Retention Bonus

Earn an additional $337.50 per week from May 18, 2026 – August 15, 2026 by remaining available all week and pulling assigned loads.

Payouts:

• July 3, 2026
• August 21, 2026

To qualify:

• Must be trained, onboarded, and pulling loads by July 27, 2026
• Must be actively employed on payout dates
• Shop time disqualifies weekly bonus eligibility

The Job

• Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset(weekends not guaranteed)
• 100% touch freight
• Deliveries throughout IL, WI, IN, MI, IA & KY
• Average 800–1,000 miles weekly
• International & Freightliner tractors
• Paid 2-day ride-along training at $150/day

Schedule

Drivers should be available Sunday through Saturday. Workdays change based on freight and delivery schedules. Flexibility is important since routes are planned around your weekly home reset.

• First Load — $250
• 30 Days — $250
• 60 Days — $250
• 90 Days — $500
• 120 Days — $250
• 150 Days — $250
• 180 Days — $750

Drivers must remain actively employed on each payout date. Bonus terms are subject to company policy.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience within the last 3 years
• Able to safely perform touch freight unloads
• Strong customer service skills
• Physically capable of handling stacked freight
• Bring two weeks of personal supplies to orientation
• Flexibility with changing schedules
• Truck parking required at the Markham Terminal or Joliet DC (no truck parking at home)
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
• Strong work ethic
• Not SAP Friendly
