365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers for a dedicated regional fleet based out of Fort Worth, TX. Drivers will operate preloaded, no-touch freight from the distribution center to stores across the regional operating area, averaging approximately 2,500 miles per week with typical trips of 2–3 days out at a time.
Pay and lane highlights:
Starting pay: $0.63 per mile
Average weekly miles: 2,500
Metro loads under 200 miles: $110 per load
$25 per stop after the first stop on metro loads
Drop and stop pay: $25 per stop (excluding origin and final destination)
Detention pay: $30 per hour after 2 hours from appointment time
Vacation and holiday pay provided under Koch policy
Route and freight details:
Regional freight based out of Fort Worth, TX
Operating area includes TX, CO, NM, OK, KS, AR, LA, and MS
Preloaded, no-touch freight
High-value store delivery loads
Deliveries to retail stores throughout the operating area
Dedicated fleet manager dispatch
Loads dispatched via Samsara or by phone
Driver expectations:
Communicate daily via Samsara or phone
Meet scheduled departure times and delivery appointments
Operate safely and in compliance with hours-of-service regulations
Maintain professional communication with dispatch and store personnel
Qualifications:
Valid CDL-A license
At least 12 months tractor-trailer experience within the past 5 years
Able to operate safely with high-value freight
Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
