Position Overview

Cornerstone Driver Solutions is recruiting qualified CDL-A truck drivers for a dedicated regional opportunity based in Albany, Oregon.

This position offers weekly home time, dedicated freight, no-touch loads, and 100% drop-and-hook operations. Drivers will operate sleeper equipment on regional routes primarily serving Idaho and Montana.

Pay & Earnings

• $1,600–$1,700 average weekly earnings
• Top earning potential up to $2,200/week
• Safety & on-time performance bonus opportunity
• Actual earnings vary based on miles, workload, and individual performance

Home Time & Schedule

• Home weekly
• 34-hour weekly reset
• 5-day work schedule
• Two consecutive days off each week
• No set weekly schedule
• Drivers must be flexible with weekly scheduling

Equipment

• Top-of-the-line sleeper tractors
• Automatic transmissions
• 53-foot dry van/reefer trailers

Freight

• Dedicated regional freight
• No-touch freight
• 100% drop & hook
• Freight originates from Albany, Oregon
• Primary delivery areas include Idaho and Montana

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 53-foot dry van or reefer experience required
• Must be comfortable operating a 53-foot trailer
• Must demonstrate strong backing and docking skills
• Must be able to back accurately and hit docks straight
• Must meet applicable DOT and company qualification requirements
• Must have a safe and acceptable driving record

Hiring Area

Applicants must live within approximately 75 miles of Albany, Oregon.

Orientation

Required orientation is conducted in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Important Schedule Information

This is a regional, home-weekly position, but the schedule is not fixed. Drivers must be comfortable with changing weekly schedules while maintaining the established 5-day workweek and two consecutive days off.
