Drivers receive a $1,550 guaranteed weekly minimum, average approximately $80,600–$85,000 annually, and return home daily.

PAY & COMPENSATION

• Approximately 2,600 miles per week
• $10.20 per stop
• Hourly pay of $18.54 for applicable work
• $500 new-hire bonus paid on the second paycheck

HOME DAILY SCHEDULE

• Home daily
• Tuesday through Saturday
• Primarily nighttime driving
• Runs generally begin around midnight
• Routes generally finish around noon–1:00 PM
• Home for major U.S. holidays
• Consistent dedicated operation

ROUTES

Drivers operate dedicated routes from the Blaine, MN area with routes including:

• Baxter, MN
• Duluth, MN
• Ashland, WI

Approximately 15 stops per week.

THE JOB

• Team driving position
• Dedicated dry van operation
• After-hours deliveries
• Touch freight
• Use liftgate and roller cages
• Handle totes and boxed freight
• Some loose packages and larger automotive-related parts
• Drivers must be comfortable maneuvering tractor-trailers in tight delivery locations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an active driving position.

Drivers must be able to:

• Lift and move boxed freight weighing up to 30 lbs
• Maneuver roller cages
• Operate a liftgate
• Perform regular freight unloading duties

• 2020–2024 model tractors
• Automatic transmissions
• 48' dry van trailers
• Liftgate-equipped trailers
• Electronic toll-pass equipment
• Electronic logging/communication technology
• Outward-facing cameras
• Trucks governed at 65 MPH

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Must live within approximately 50 miles of Blaine, MN
• Must be comfortable with team driving
• Must be able to drive overnight
• Must be able to perform touch-freight duties
• Must be comfortable maneuvering in tight locations
• No pets or passengers

ORIENTATION & TRAINING

• 2 days of orientation
• 2 days of onsite training
• Approximately 4 days total
• Travel may be required for orientation
