Regional CDLA Delivery Driver - Albuquerque, NM

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. (In New Century, KS, Lebanon, TN, and Rockford, IL – we do business as: Olathe Millwork, Warren Brothers, River City Millwork respectfully.)

Position: We are growing and looking for a CDL Class A Delivery Driver to join our team! In this role, you will safely deliver hardwood lumber, sheet goods, doors, and other building materials to our customers. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading products, securing cargo, and providing excellent customer service at each delivery location. Your Day-to-Day: to excel in this role, you will need to...

• Use your CDL A license to deliver products to our customers.
• Potentially load and unload your truck, depending on the customer.
• Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
• Occasionally lift heavy products to store, remove from storage, or load onto a truck.

• History of being a truck driver, delivery driver, and especially experience with a Class A CDL.
• Interest in working for a company that values hard work and loyalty.
• Strong physical stamina – this role requires a lot of physical activity.
• Highly organized and self-motivated – you should be a self-starter who doesn’t require constant supervision.
• Experienced driver with a Class A driver's license (CDL A) and medical card
• Able to pass drug test, background, Clearinghouse and motor vehicle pre-employment screen
• Required to pass a driving test.
• Must be able to pass a physical examination as required by the U. S. Department of Transportation and provide a valid medical card
• This role is a Safety Sensitive position and subject to routine drug screenings.
