CDL A Delivery Driver

Class A Driver – Home Daily | $26–$28/hr | Hermitage, TN | 

We’re hiring a Class A Driver for an immediate 1–2 month assignment in Hermitage, TN covering for an employee on leave. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady local work, strong weekly pay, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

This is a home daily position with local routes and a solid team environment. There is also potential for the assignment to extend based on business needs.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (1–2 months)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Occasional weekend work (rare)
• Pay: $26–$28 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours (typically around 50 hours per week)
• Location: Hermitage, TN
• Local deliveries within a 150-mile radius

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate an automatic 48' flatbed truck
• Make local deliveries of building materials including lumber, rebar, and palletized products
• Complete 1–5 stops per day
• Use a Moffett forklift for unloading deliveries
• Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed
• Follow delivery schedules and maintain safe driving practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of flatbed experience
• Forklift experience required
• Moffett experience preferred (training available for qualified candidates)
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs when needed
• Strong work history and reliable attendance
