Role Overview
A dedicated regional freight operation is seeking experienced solo CDL-A drivers for a home-weekly position offering consistent no-touch, drop-and-hook freight. Drivers will operate regional routes between Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Maryland, and surrounding areas while hauling steady dedicated freight with assigned equipment and modern safety technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport dedicated freight across regional delivery routes
- Run routes between Arnold, PA, North Carolina, Maryland, and surrounding areas
- Handle no-touch, drop-and-hook freight operations
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Accurately maintain logs and trip documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel
- Operate safely in varying traffic and weather conditions
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license required
- Minimum experience required for dedicated fleet operation
- Comfortable operating regional routes with flexible schedules
- Strong safety mindset and reliable attendance
- Ability to work up to 14 hours per day as needed
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the yard
- Drivers must commute to the terminal since trucks cannot be taken home

Schedule & Home Time
