Description
This role offers consistent miles, reliable weekly home time, and steady freight on a well-supported regional fleet. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and strive to provide the support you need to succeed.
Pay & Home Time
Weekly Earnings: $1,075 – $1,200 average weekly pay
Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out)
Reset: 34 to 48-hour reset at home
Stability: Consistent miles, steady freight, and predictable regional scheduling
Freight & Equipment
Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
Operation: Approximately 70% drop-and-hook (remaining is live load/unload)
Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)
Additional Benefits
Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
Retirement: Up to a $2,000 401(k) match available
Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year

Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete and no follow-ups are required.
