Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable CDL A Driver to join our team in Hamilton, OH, 45015. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers. Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport goods to designated locations while maintaining delivery schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding delivery status and any issues that arise.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Local and Home Daily - $25-$35 per hour depending on route
Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience in a commercial vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
