Description

We are looking for motivated and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team. This position offers a performance-based pay structure where your earnings are directly tied to the number of stops you make and miles you drive.

48 - .50 per mile 20.25 - 20.75 per stop Up to 400 monthly driver bonus 53 van touch freight multi stop Per stop per mile pay

Safely operates tractor trailer equipment in different configurations as assigned with varying weights as allowed by law under all types of climatic conditions terrain road conditions and traffic situations.

Executes route sequences and directions as instructed by transportation department management.

Ensures that all required shipping documentation accompanies all deliveries.

Secures receipt of all returned material ensuring that the appropriate paperwork has been secured.

Frequently communicates with dispatch/operations to advise of stops, movements, problems with equipment, problems with cargo, accidents, incidents involving company equipment, driving violations, delays, and/or other concerns.

Utilizes the technological resources mandated by the company in an effective and efficient manner.

Maintains an accurate drivers log in compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.

Sweeps and/or washes out trailers as needed, always keeping the tractor in a clean condition.

Complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, all company policies, and all instructions received by Driver Trainers, Transportation Supervisors, Transportation Managers, and company executives at all times.

Required Credentials

1 years verifiable tractor/trailer experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Have a valid CDL Class A drivers license.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range: $1200.00 - $1500.00 per week General Benefits: Per stop and Per Mile pay: 48 - .50 per mile, 20.25 - 20.75 per stop, Up to 400 monthly bonus
