CDL-A Driver – Southwest Regional Fleet – Home Weekly – Mesquite, TX

Southwest Regional Fleet, Dallas-based. Home every week. Here's what you need to know.

Pay:

• $1,200 to $1,600 average weekly gross
• $0.54 to $0.60 CPM
• Up to 3 CPM performance bonus
• $12.50/hr detention pay after 2 hours
• $100/day layover/breakdown pay
• $3,000 sign-on bonus ($1,500 at 90 days, $1,500 at 6 months)

Route:

• Home weekly, 34-hour reset
• 100% no-touch freight, 50 to 60% drop and hook
• 2,200 to 2,500 miles/week average, 400-mile average length of haul
• 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths

Requirements:

• 21+, valid Class A CDL from one state, license held 12+ months
• 3+ months T/T experience (40ft+) in last 36 months, or Extended Road Test eligible
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no preventable accidents in 5 years
• Max 3 jobs in last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI in past 10 years
• Pass drug test and DOT physical
