This position is open to CDL-A holders with road experience and to drivers who recently completed a minimum 120-hour accredited CDL school program and are ready to begin their professional driving career with proper one-on-one guidance.
Territory and Freight
- Dry van lanes concentrated East of I-35
- New York City and all five boroughs are permanently excluded from dispatch
- Hands-free freight — no touching, no unloading
- Seven out of ten loads are pre-staged for drop-and-hook
- Remaining loads are live — handled by dock workers
Time Away and Time Home
- Structured rotation: 12 consecutive days driving, followed by 2 days off
- Bring your pet or a passenger — both programs are available from your first dispatch
Truck Assignment
- Late model 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner
- Automatic transmission on every unit
- Auxiliary power units standard across the fleet
- One driver per truck — no shared equipment
- Take-home truck privileges available
Compensation Breakdown
- Typical weekly earnings: $1,300 to $1,500 gross
- High performers consistently land $1,750 or above each week
- Weekly mileage runs 1,700 to 2,300 — measured accurately
- Orientation week: $300 flat, with company-covered airfare and hotel
New to the Road? Paid Training Program
- Guaranteed weekly pay deposited every Friday during training
- Structured OTR mentorship lasting 4 to 6 weeks
- Solo rate takes effect immediately after training ends
- Minimum 120-hour certificate from an accredited CDL school required to qualify

Who We Are Looking For
- CDL-A license holder, 21 years of age or older
- 6 months behind the wheel of a tractor-trailer, or completion of an accredited CDL school program
- Motor vehicle record that reflects professional driving habits
- Background that clears standard carrier review
- Current DOT medical certificate and clean drug screen
