Description
This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady, 100% no-touch dry van freight. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the competitive pay, late-model equipment, and consistent dispatch support you need to succeed on the road.
Pay & Compensation
Weekly Earnings: $1,265 – $1,500 average weekly pay
Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
Onboarding: Paid orientation program included
Classification: Full-time, W2 position with stable, year-round freight volume
Schedule & Home Time
Home Time: Home weekly for your reset period
Operating Area: Regional routes running throughout the Northeastern states
Consistency: Steady workload with predictable dispatch schedules and reliable fleet support
Freight & Equipment
Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook loads
Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
Safety: Driver-focused fleet maintenance prioritizing on-the-road safety and comfort

Minimum Requirements
License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience
Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
