Pay & Compensation
Weekly Earnings: $1,130 – $1,500 average weekly pay
Mileage Pay: Competitive rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
Onboarding: Paid orientation program included
Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady, year-round freight volume

Home Time: Home weekly for your reset period
Operating Area: Regional routes running throughout the Northwestern states, leveraging a well-established regional lane network
Consistency: Predictable dispatch, steady workload, and reliable fleet support

Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook loads within an established freight network
Equipment: Latest model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors

Minimum Requirements
License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience
Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
