Location: Detroit, Michigan

About the Position

Transforce is seeking full-time CDL A drivers in Detroit for a local position, hauling produce to distribution centers and stores. Drivers should be prepared to work 6 days per week.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Company operates 7 days a week; drivers should be prepared to work 6 days a week
• Dispatch times start from Midnight to 10 AM
• 12-14 hours per day with a 4-hour daily minimum

Job Details

• Route Type: Local
• Freight: Produce
• Equipment: Kenworth and Freightliner tractors (day and sleeper cabs), reefers, and straight trucks
• Handling: 90% no-touch freight, with potential use of electric pallet jacks
• 4-5 stops per day

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
• Valid CDL A
• Drivers able to operate a manual transmission are preferred
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
