Drivers work established regional freight lanes with primarily no-touch loads, organized dispatch transitions, and a Monday through Friday schedule that brings them home every weekend.Regional FreightThis fleet moves dry van freight throughout Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and surrounding states. Frequent drop-and-hook loads help reduce time spent waiting at customer locations, while repeat freight corridors provide familiarity with common routes and delivery points.Drivers are not required to unload freight. Dispatch works to coordinate upcoming assignments in advance whenever possible so drivers have better visibility into the next load and can move efficiently between trips.Pay and Home TimeDrivers earn between $1,350 and $1,550 per week based on miles and performance. Payroll is processed every Friday. A $1,200 minimum weekly pay program is available for qualifying drivers.The operating schedule is Monday through Friday with a full 48-hour reset at home every weekend.
