HWY Express is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Regional CDL A truck driver to join our team. Regional drivers run general no-touch dry van freight with consistent miles and predictable schedules.
We're currently hiring for the role of Regional CDL A Truck Driver based out of El Paso, TX 79835.
This position offers weekly home time for a 34-hour reset with planned routes to support consistent scheduling. Drivers earn $1,650 to $1,850 weekly, plus monthly fuel bonuses. Freight is no-touch dry van, averaging 2,700 to 3,200 miles per week, with annual earnings between $85,800 and $96,200.
Our fleet includes late-model International LT trucks, all two years old or newer. Trucks are equipped with APUs, with most featuring inverters. Drivers may bring a refrigerator. Maintenance is handled through Penske to help reduce downtime and keep trucks moving.
After sixty days, drivers gain access to major medical coverage with three plan options. Hotlines are available for interview scheduling and medical assistance. A nontaxable health savings plan rolls over annually. We offer a 401K with dollar-for-dollar matching up to four percent after one month, along with vacation time after one year and $25,000 in life insurance coverage.
Candidates must have a valid CDL A license and at least six months of recent experience within the last twelve months. We also accept twelve months in the last three years, or three years within the past decade.
