Training Program
4–6 weeks of paid over-the-road training with an experienced mentor
All training time is fully compensated
$300 orientation bonus added to your first solo paycheck
Compensation After Training
$0.56 per mile on all miles
Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,400, depending on mileage
Typical weekly mileage: 1,600–2,200 miles
Freight & Schedule
100% no-touch freight, approximately 50% drop & hook
Consistent weekly miles of 1,600–2,200
Home every 14 days with two full days off once you go solo

Requirements
CDL-A from an accredited school (minimum 120 hours)
Minimum age 21
No DUIs within the past 5 years
Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years
Must pass hair and urine drug screenings
Steady employment history with minimal gaps
Program Overview
During training, mentors guide drivers through over-the-road routes, teaching safe driving, trip planning, and freight handling. By the time you transition to solo, you’ll be confident and ready to handle your own routes.
