Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Trainees OTR - MUST possess a CDL and have completion of at least 120 hour school in the past 6 months
• Ready to go through 4 weeks training as follows:  Typically the training is 4 weeks.  Training Pay - $100 per day, up to $700 per week (7 day week). The Student must be on the truck with a qualified trainer in order to be eligible for training pay, unless otherwise approved by truck companies management. Any days at home are not paid.

We Offer:

GREAT PAY – Minimum 6 months Experience Pay start at $0.60 CPM! Additional pay on top of your regular mileage earning, Paid Home Time: $50 per day of Qualifying Home Time, up to 4 days per month are eligible.
FREIGHT: Drive dependable, well-maintained trucks equipped with the latest safety technology. 
EXCELLENT BENEFITS: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Rider Policy (after 90 days), in addition after one year of service Paid Vacation 5 days and 401k with match. 
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT: As long as the Driver can prove they paid for the school or in process of paying. $50 per week is paid to the student but they must be available if hours to run, cannot tun a load down and no service failures and no crashed. Pays up to 52 weeks.

• Account Name: Experienced OTR - Job responsibilities on this account include ensuring the safe and timely transportation of all loads and remaining compliant with all safety regulations and company policies.  OTR Drivers will have higher miles and fewer stops.
• Home Time: OTR - Out 3-4 Weeks, 1 day off for every 6 days out (up to a maximum of 4 days per month).
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200-$1,400 gross per week on average. 
• Average Miles Per Week: OTR: 2600-2800
• Average Length of Haul: 750 miles
• Freight Type: Reefer, refrigerated freight, no touch freight, drop & hook-50% of loads
• Equipment Type: 2019-2021 Kenworth T-680s, 65 MPH, automatic & manual transmission available, APU, front facing, event-only cameras. permanent assigned trucks (no slip seating).
• Haz-Mat Required?: Hazmat is not required, but preferred, They will pay for any costs related to acquiring
• Reimbursed for Haz-Mat: Yes, once driver is hired
• Haz-Mat Pay Info: $50.00 extra per load
• Other Endorsements Required
• TWIC is required, They will pay for any costs related to acquiring. They will help the Driver get it

* Applicant must be able to read and   speak the English language fluently enough to converse with the general public , understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries and make Entries on reports and records.* Driver cannot be under contract with another carrier.
