Sunrise in Stafford, VA. Your T3 route plan is live, your tractor-trailer is inspected, and your first delivery is queued. You roll out not just to drop off machinery, but to keep jobsites moving. A Typical Day

You start with a quick equipment check, review real-time assignments in our proprietary T3 platform, and head out. Throughout the day, you’ll coordinate with branch and customer teams, position your lowboy/Landoll exactly where it needs to be, and document each stop so the next project can start on time.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Overtime pay after 40 hours
• Subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation

What You’ll Handle

• Operate trucks and trailers in compliance with all state and federal transportation laws and safety regulations
• Move heavy equipment and materials safely, on schedule, and along assigned routes while adhering to traffic laws
• Skillfully position tractor and trailer for loading/unloading and follow ground crew hand signals
• Load and offload equipment (using appropriate specialized gear when needed); return skids and gear to designated areas
• Maintain accurate paperwork, including signed invoices and bills of lading; submit documentation upon route completion
• Perform routine service checks (oil, water, fuel, air) and report issues to the Shipping Supervisor
• Rearrange trailers in the yard to achieve efficient loading patterns
• Pitch in with additional tasks as assigned

Licenses & Experience

• Commercial driver’s license — Class A CDL or chauffeur’s license per state, appropriate to vehicle weight
• DOT physical required (trucks operated are over 10,000 lbs.)
• Age 21+ to operate company vehicles

Physical & Travel

• Extended periods driving and seated in the cab
• Lift and move up to 40 lbs
• Frequent travel within the region
• Ability to be clean shaven when required by certain customer sites
