PAY & EARNING OPPORTUNITIES

• $0.70 CPM
• Mileage paid on loaded and empty miles
• $132.50 Metro Pay for qualifying 0–150 mile runs
• $217 Metro Pay for qualifying 151–310 mile runs
• $25 per qualifying stop
• $25 per drop & hook
• $30/hour detention after 2 hours
• $125 TONU
• $175 layover after 24 hours with no freight
• $50 qualifying backhaul consolidation pay + mileage
• $27/hour new-hire spotting
• $28/hour new-hire Lead Driver/Yard Switcher
• $10 per qualifying trailer spot
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Additional qualifying backhaul compensation

Your earnings are not limited to mileage—you can earn additional pay for qualifying stops, metro runs, detention, drop & hook, layover, TONU, and other assigned work.

THE JOB

You'll operate dedicated local routes for a major retail account throughout the Charlotte area.

Typical duties include:

• Safely operating assigned company equipment
• Transporting dedicated retail freight
• Completing local pickups and deliveries
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintaining electronic logs
• Communicating with dispatch
• Completing required Qualcomm/electronic macros
• Performing drop-and-hook operations when assigned
• Following DOT, FMCSA, and account-specific safety procedures

No-touch freight means drivers are not routinely responsible for physically handling the freight.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months CDL-A experience
• Acceptable driving and safety history
• Meet applicable DOT/FMCSA requirements
• Reliable transportation to the assigned location
• Ability to use required electronic logging/Qualcomm systems
• Ability to arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Ability to follow account procedures
