CDL-A Local Driver | Bluffton, IN | Home Daily | Earn $1,800–$1,900/Week

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a local dedicated delivery position based in Bluffton, IN. This opportunity offers daily home time, excellent weekly earnings, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and consistent retail freight.

Drivers operate late-model automatic equipment delivering preloaded freight to retail locations throughout Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Earnings:$1,800–$1,900
• Average Annual Earnings: Approximately $98,800
• Average Weekly Miles: Approximately 1,750 miles

Mileage Pay

• $0.81 CPM (0–450 miles)
• $0.65 CPM (451+ miles)

Additional Pay

• Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• Detention Pay: $20/hour after the first hour
• Layover Pay: $80 (approximately 10% of loads)
• Orientation Pay: $100/day for 3 days

Sign-On Bonus

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $1,000 after 30 days
• $1,000 after 60 days
• $1,000 after 90 days

Driver Referral Bonus

• $500 Referral Bonus

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Daily
• 5 days on / 2 consecutive days off
• Optional 6th workday available for additional earnings
• Current openings are primarily day shift
• Dispatch times vary based on route assignments

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver preloaded retail freight to store locations
• Complete approximately 3–4 stops per load
• Assist with unloading select totes during deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance and accurate logs
• Provide professional customer service at delivery locations

Equipment & Freight

• Late-model automatic day cabs and sleeper tractors
• Dry van and refrigerated trailers
• Live unload deliveries
• General merchandise and retail freight
• Approximately 1,750 miles per week

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Minimum age: 23 years old
• Dry van or reefer experience preferred
• Ability to perform limited unload assistance
• Safe driving record and ability to meet company and DOT hiring standards
