What You'll Earn

• Average $1,500 per week
• Top earners average $1,800+ weekly
• Up to $0.62 CPM based on verified experience
• $37 unload pay
• $20 stop pay
• $20 backhaul pay
• $25 pallet restack pay
• Paid ride-along training at $100/day

The Job

You'll deliver grocery freight throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, with most routes staying in Ohio.

• Home daily
• 2 full days off each week
• 70% drop & hook
• 30% driver unload using an electric pallet jack
• Average 3–5 loads and 5–7 stops daily
• Around 200–300 miles per day
• Slip-seat day cabs
• Dry van freight with occasional reefer loads
• Drivers may switch between dry van and reefer freight when needed

Schedule

• Assigned start time between 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Afternoon and evening runs
• Weekend work required
• Holiday weeks, including the week before a holiday, are mandatory

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience within the last 3 years
• Must live within the Monroe hiring area (ZIP 45044)
• Personal transportation to and from the DC
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
• Professional driving record
• Not SAP Friendly
