We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated local retail fleet based in Shafter, California. This position offers daily home time, 100% no-touch freight, consistent year-round freight, and modern equipment while delivering to retail locations throughout Southern California.

Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Earnings:$1,275–$1,600
- Average Annual Earnings: Approximately $66,800
- Top Annual Earnings: Approximately $84,400
- Mileage-based pay (based on experience and length of haul)

Home Time & Schedule
- Home Daily
- Typically 2 consecutive days off each week
- Weekend work is required
- Most dispatches begin between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM
- Days off are generally scheduled during the week
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
- Deliver dedicated retail freight throughout Southern California
- Transport both dry van and refrigerated trailers
- Complete approximately 2–3 stops per route
- Return backhaul freight to the distribution center
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance

Operating Area

Applicants must live within 50 miles of Shafter, CA (93263).
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
- Must live within the approved hiring area
- Comfortable operating both dry van and refrigerated trailers
- Available to work weekends
- Comfortable with afternoon and evening dispatch times
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening, background check, and meet company safety standards
