Pay & Benefits
Average Weekly Earnings: Most drivers on this run gross between $1,300 and $1,700 every single week.
Hourly Base Rate: $15.00 per hour.
Stop Incentives: Earn $12.50 per stop on top of your hourly pay.
Per-Load Breakdown: Average pay works out to about $24.50 per load (averaging 2 stops per load).

Route, Schedule & Home Time
Home Time: 100% Home Daily—reset at home after every shift.
The Hours: Expect a solid workweek of 55 to 70 hours, averaging 10 to 12 hours per shift.
Available Schedules: Day and Night shifts are available. We have Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday schedules active (weekend work is standard).
Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight. You will handle standard container transport (live loads/unloads, preloads, and drop-and-hook) within a 150-mile radius.
Common Runs: Drop freight loops include runs into regional hubs like Grantsville, Ogden, and Bear River City.
Holidays: Holiday dispatch is optional on this account.
What to Expect on This Run
The Gear: This is a slip-seat account where you will share a clean daycab with another driver. Containers are placed directly onto bare chassis at the ramp.
Ramp Waiting: You may occasionally have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for "flips" to be completed at the ramp when a container needs to be mounted onto a DOT-legal bare chassis.
Requirements to Qualify
Hiring Radius: Must live within 25 miles of the regional dispatch yard (Zip Code: 84104).
Experience Requirements:
The Account Standard: This run is designated for First Seat (Experienced) solo drivers.
Firm Minimum: You must have at least 3 months of verifiable Class A experience. Trainees and team operations are closed on this run.
Credentials: Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card. While Hazmat is not strictly required, it is preferred.
Owner-Operators: Position is strictly company driver only; owner-operators are not accepted.
Background Check: Solid driving record and work history. Must pass a mandatory drug screen.
