Pay Highlights of the Position
Average Weekly Pay: Most drivers on this dedicated fleet gross $1,400 every week.
Base Mileage Rate: Earn between $0.49 and $0.61 CPM based entirely on your level of experience.
Weekend Premium: Make an extra +$0.03 per mile for all miles run between Friday at 5:00 PM (1700) and Monday at 4:00 AM (0400).
Stop Incentives: Get paid $10.00 for your first stop and $15.00 for every stop after that on a run.

The Schedule, Run & Home Time
Daily Home Time: You will head out on local round-trips and get home daily (with additional scheduling options open for discussion with dispatch).
Weekly Distance: Keep your truck moving with a steady average of 2,100 miles per week.
The Shift: This is a dedicated Night Shift operation. You must be comfortable driving overnight and working weekend shifts as part of your normal dispatch rotation.
The Freight: 100% no-touch grocery deliveries using refrigerated trailers (reefers). You will not handle any physical unloading, the store staff unloads the trailers for you.
Holiday Schedule: Enjoy guaranteed time off on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
