Mileage Pay

  • $0.60 per mile

Stop & Activity Pay

  • $29 per drop
  • $60 per jobsite stop
  • $5 per RMA
  • $50 per backhaul
  • $75 per unplanned load

Guaranteed Minimums

  • $200 Daily Driving / Warehouse Work Minimum

Up to $400 Monthly Bonus!

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a Class A flatbed tractor-trailer on local routes only, returning home daily
  • Operate a Moffett truck for jobsite deliveries
  • Transport building materials such as lumber, drywall, steel, roofing products, and construction supplies
  • Load, secure, tarp, and unload flatbed materials using straps, chains, binders, and tarps
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report safety or maintenance issues promptly
  • Deliver materials safely and on time to customer locations and construction sites
  • Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, logs, and ELD records as required
  • Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • Acceptable driving record and strong safety history
  • Experience with flatbed hauling and load securement preferred
  • Experience with a Moffett preferred
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations related to flatbed freight
  • Ability to lift, carry, and handle equipment and materials (tarps, chains, straps up to 75 lbs.)
  • Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
  • Construction site or building material delivery experience a plus

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Local routes only - home daily
  • Day shift with early morning start times
  • Minimal to no overnight travel
  • Outdoor work in all weather conditions
  • Physical work required, including strapping trailers
