Job Description
We are currently seeking professional Class A CDL Drivers for a local intermodal position operating out of Paris. This W2 position offers a consistent local freight, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule that guarantees you are home daily.
Drivers will operate slip-seat day cabs, servicing freight within a 300-mile radius of Paris while managing standard local variables such as traffic and seasonal weather.

Compensation & Pay Structure
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,200-1,300
- $0.37-0.43CPM PLUS
- $40 per load
- .06CPM extra on night shift
- 0.12CPM extra on weekends
Night & Weekend Shift:
- Monday to Friday 1900-0400
- Weekends (optional)- 0001-0400
Route & Operation Details
- Operating Radius: Local and regional intermodal operations within a 300-mile radius of Paris.
- Equipment: Slip-seat day cabs. Drivers must be comfortable managing standard metropolitan traffic and variable weather conditions.
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Minimum 6 months of Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 12 months.
- Location: Must reside within 30 miles of Paris, TX
- Note: Accidents, traffic violations, and criminal history are reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis in accordance with company safety standards and local Fair Chance hiring guidelines.
