CDL A No Experience Regional Company Driver

Begin your driving career in Charlottesville, VA with experienced professionals and start earning immediately after CDL school without debt. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional Fleet. This is a full-time regional dry van position featuring paid one-on-one mentor training, no-touch freight, and weekly or bi-weekly home time options.

• Paid mentor training: $850 per week during training
• Paid one-on-one mentor program designed for recent CDL school graduates
• Assigned truck upon successful completion of the mentor program
• Expected solo earnings after training: $1,600–$1,800+ per week
• Pay disbursement: paid every Friday
• Paid orientation

Route and freight

• Eastern Regional Fleet (serving Virginia and the broader Eastern region)
• Full-time CDL-A regional dry van position
• No-touch freight
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time available
• Company-paid tolls and fuel program

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Minimum of 120 hours of CDL training
• Satisfactory driving record
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
