Drivers operate across established Northeast freight corridors with loads coordinated in advance whenever possible, helping create smoother transitions from one assignment to the next.Regional Route StructureFreight moves throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Maryland, and surrounding states. Loads consist primarily of no-touch dry van freight with frequent drop-and-hook opportunities. Repeat regional corridors allow drivers to become familiar with customer locations and common routes while supporting consistent mileage throughout the workweek.The schedule runs Monday through Friday with drivers returning home for a full 48-hour reset every weekend. Dispatch works around the established operating schedule so weekend home time remains part of the weekly plan.Weekly CompensationDrivers earn $1,350 to $1,550 per week based on miles and performance. A $1,200 minimum weekly pay program is available for qualifying drivers. Payroll is processed every Friday.Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance along with paid vacation, holiday pay, safety incentives, E-Z Pass, and I-Pass coverage.Equipment & OrientationDrivers are assigned 2019 or newer Freightliner Cascadia tractors with automatic transmissions. Equipment includes APUs, inverters, refrigerators, double bunks, SiriusXM capability, and TV setup options. Trucks follow a regular preventive maintenance schedule to help reduce avoidable equipment downtime.Orientation lasts approximately 2.5 days with hotel accommodations and meals provided.
