CDL-A No-Touch Regional Driver

Pay: $1,350-$1,550 per week

Freight: Refrigerated, 100% no-touch freight

Home Time: Every other week (2 days off)

No-touch freight reliability and regional lane consistency give CDL-A drivers the opportunity to stay productive while running established refrigerated routes with assigned equipment and scheduled home time.

Driver Setup: Assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors feature a Thermo King APU, 2500-watt inverter, refrigerator, Bluetooth capability, double bunk, and outward-facing cameras only. SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic reefer trailers are assigned throughout the fleet, and tractors may be parked at home when secure parking is available.

Pay & Home Time: Drivers earn $1,350-$1,550 per week with pay for every dispatched mile, loaded and empty. This regional position provides two days at home every other week while supporting dependable mileage opportunities. Drivers are also eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus, quarterly performance incentives, and additional accessorial pay when applicable.

Your Route: Drivers operate primarily east of I-35 transporting temperature-controlled freight through established regional lanes. Freight is 100% no-touch and includes both drop-and-hook loads and scheduled live-load deliveries, helping maintain steady weekly miles across the fleet.

Orientation: Paid company orientation is provided before drivers transition into scheduled regional freight assignments with established lane coverage.
