Non CDL Box Truck starting at $17/hr

CDL-A ranging from $18/hr-$25/hr DOE

Responsibilities

• Operate box trucks in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and cargo information.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
• Gooseneck and Piggyback experience is a plus!

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A or Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience driving box trucks required.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
