About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A OTR drivers for long-term opportunities with our client. This position offers consistent East Coast routes, weekly pay, and the opportunity to stay with the same customers. Multiple openings are available, with assignments beginning August 24, 2026.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $0.56 per mile
• Average weekly pay: $1,400
• Schedule: OTR, with drivers staying out for up to 12 days
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment type: Temp-to-perm
• Start date: August 24, 2026

Job Details

• Route type: Over-the-road regional routes
• Freight: Container freight
• Primary lanes: Florida to points north, primarily along the East Coast
• Customer base: Consistent routes with the same customers
• Freight handling: No-touch freight

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle on assigned OTR routes.
• Transport container freight between Florida and destinations along the East Coast.
• Complete inspections and maintain compliance with applicable transportation regulations.
• Provide professional and dependable service to customers.
• Maintain accurate logs and required delivery documentation.
• Protect cargo and equipment throughout each assignment.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience.
• Container driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Ability to remain on the road for OTR assignments of up to 12 days.
