CDL-A OTR Driver $0.70–$0.75 CPM | No NYC | No Touch Freight

Run the miles you deserve. We are a high-performance OTR fleet looking for professional drivers who want to clear 3,200+ miles a week without being micro-managed or held back by slow equipment. 100% No-touch freight. You choose your trailer, you choose your pay.

THE PAY SCALE (1099 Position)

• REEFER:$0.75 CPM | $2,400 – $2,700 Avg. Weekly Gross.
• DRY VAN:$0.70 CPM | $2,250 – $2,450 Avg. Weekly Gross.
• ALL MILES PAID: Empty or Loaded. No unpaid "deadhead."
• Settlements: Direct Deposit every Friday—no delays.
• Extras: $150 Layover | $25/hr Detention (after 2 hrs).

PREMIUM 2024–2027 EQUIPMENT

Your truck is your office and your home. We provide late-model, permanently assigned units (Take them home for your reset).

• Fleet: Volvo 760/860 & Freightliner Cascadia (Maximum 3 years old).
• Amenities: APU, Power Inverter, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Tablet.
• Perks: Pets welcome from Day 1. 
• EZ Pass, Pre-Pass, and Pilot/Flying J cards provided.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

We have a fast-track orientation—qualified drivers can be dispatched within 4 hours of arrival.

• Experience: 1.5+ years of verifiable OTR experience (License must show 2+ years).
• Testing:Standard DOT Urine Screen ONLY (No Hair Follicle testing).
• Stability: Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Safety: Max 2 violations (3 yrs); No reckless or 15+ MPH speeding.
• Hiring Area: Nationwide EXCEPT CA, MS, LA, and AL.
• Disqualifiers: No DUI/DWI or SAP history (Lifetime).
