Requirements:
3+ years of verifiable, accident-free Class A truck driving experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and motivate new drivers.
Experience in driver training is preferred but not required-your passion for safety and teaching is what matters most.
Willingness to share truck space with students for up to five weeks at a time.
Completion of a two-day ICI certification class
Maintain acceptable safety, operations, shop, and training performance
Attend quarterly ICI meetings
Continuous training via online sources and in-person classroom events
