CDL-A OTR Truck Driver – Paducah, KY

Job Type: Full-Time, Over-the-Road (OTR)

Home Time: Regional+ balance with extended runs; home every 2-3 weeks for 48-hour reset

Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years. No recent gaps exceeding 6 months without active driving.

Compensation and Weekly Scale

• Target weekly gross ceiling: $1,750 (based on 2,800-3,200 miles per week with performance and safety bonuses)
• Base pay: 72 cents per practical mile, plus stop pay and detention pay after 2 hours
• Weekly guarantee: $1,250 for the first 4 weeks to stabilize your transition
• Direct deposit payroll every Friday; no factoring fees, no hidden deductions
• Mileage verification available via mobile app and monthly settlement report

• 2024-2025 Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680; average fleet age is 14 months

• 64 mph governed speed for fuel efficiency and safety; optimum cruise control on all units
• Trailers: 53-foot dry vans, no reefers, no hazmat, no touch freight – 100% no-touch drop and hook
