The Role

We’re hiring experienced CDL Class A OTR drivers for full-time, permanent positions based in Johnston, RI. You’ll run consistent routes throughout New England with year-round work and a team that values safety, professionalism, and clear communication.

What You’ll Do

• Transport freight safely throughout the New England area
• Hit scheduled pickup and delivery windows
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Coordinate closely with dispatch to keep loads moving
• Maintain accurate, DOT-required documentation
• Keep your vehicle, driver file, and paperwork fully DOT compliant
• Follow FMCSA rules and company safety standards at all times

Pay & Benefits

• $30.00–$33.00 per hour
• Annual performance bonus
• Earn $65,000–$95,000+ annually

What You’ll Bring

• Valid CDL Class A License
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Smartphone for communication/dispatch
• Strong commitment to safety and professionalism

• Ability to pass a background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
