About the Position
TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support Regional/OTR operations based in Palmdale, CA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Pay: Activity Based Pay - Up to $100k a year
- Equivalent Mileage Pay: $0.55 - $0.65 per mile
- Weekly miles: 2000 - 3000
- Average Daily Pay: $216/day (includes PTO, training & qualifying events)
- Hours per week: 40
Job Details
- Route Type: Regional & OTR, delivering to WA, AZ, and TX
- Freight / Load Type: Groceries
- Equipment: Sleeper units pulling Reefer Trailers
- Home weekly - out an average of 5 days, and home for 2
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently
- Deliver freight in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate logs and records
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations
Minimum Requirements
- License: CDL A
- Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
