CDL A Regional And OTR Drivers - No Touch - Activity Based Pay

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support Regional/OTR operations based in Palmdale, CA. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

• Pay:  Activity Based Pay - Up to $100k a year, Equivalent Mileage Pay: $0.55 - $0.65 per mile. Weekly miles: 2000 - 3000 pay. Average Daily Pay $216/day (PTO, training & qualifying events)

• Route Type: Regional & OTR, delivering to WA, AZ, and TX

• Freight / Load Type: Groceries

• Equipment: Sleeper units pulling Reefer Trailers

• Home weekly - out an average of 5 days, and home for 2 

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
