Pay Highlights

• $1,300+ average weekly pay (Top 20% earn up to $2,000 /week)
• $1.30 all-in pay per mile once you add in the extras:
  • $265 for every full trailer unload
  • $35 backhaul pay
  • $125 weekly bonus just for completing 3+ loads
  • Up to $0.76 CPM base pay (Based on your experience level)

What the Job Looks Like

You'll be hauling dedicated regional freight throughout VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV.

• Home weekly for a guaranteed 34-hour reset. (Plus, if you live around Philadelphia or Front Royal, you may qualify for extra home time during the week).
• You will average about 1,500 miles per week.
• 100% touch freight – handling manual live unloads with 1–6 stops per trailer.
• Paid 1-week ride-along training at $150/day to help you get completely comfortable.

The Schedule

This account keeps a steady pace with a minimum of 3 loads each week. Because these are dedicated retail lanes, you should expect regular overnight driving with early morning deliveries, and weekend/holiday runs are a normal part of the routine.

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Earn an extra $2,500 paid out in increments over your first 180 days (starting with $250 after your first load, milestones every 30 days, and a final $750 payout at 180 days). Active employment is required on payout dates.

What We Need From You

• A valid Class A CDL with a Doubles endorsement required.
• At least 3 months of Class A experience within the last 36 months.
• Solid experience handling hard backing maneuvers.
• The physical ability to unload freight safely and strong customer service skills.
• Ready to bring two weeks of personal supplies to orientation.
• A clean MVR and background check.
