Cornerstone Driver Solutions is recruiting qualified CDL-A Company Drivers for a dedicated regional position based in Lancaster, Texas.

PAY & EARNING OPPORTUNITIES

• $0.67 CPM
• Paid on loaded and empty miles
• $25 per qualifying stop
• $25 per qualifying drop & hook
• $115 qualifying metro run under 150 miles
• $30/hour detention after 2 hours
• $125 TONU
• $175 layover after 24 hours with no freight
• $50 backhaul pay + applicable mileage
• $20/hour for qualifying temporary/hourly assignments
• $27/hour for qualifying yard-switcher assignments
• Holiday pay may be available under applicable program rules

Your compensation can come from more than mileage.

THE JOB

Drivers operate dedicated regional freight from the Lancaster, TX area.

Typical duties include:

• Regional pickups and deliveries
• Dedicated account freight
• Drop-and-hook operations
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Electronic logging
• Communicating with dispatch
• Following DOT/FMCSA and customer-specific requirements
• Documenting qualifying detention and other pay events

LOCATION

Lancaster, TX

This is a regional position, not a local/home-daily position.

Commute and hiring-area requirements will be confirmed during the recruiting process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Meet carrier/account safety requirements
• Meet account qualification standards
• Ability to safely operate assigned company equipment
• Reliable attendance
• Professional communication with dispatch and customers

Experience requirements will be verified during the recruiting process based on the carrier's current account requirements.

EQUIPMENT & OPERATIONS

Drivers will operate assigned company equipment and are expected to:

• Complete required inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs
• Follow customer-specific procedures
• Comply with all applicable DOT/FMCSA regulations
• Safely transport dedicated freight throughout the assigned regional operating area
