    • 53' dry van freight — 100% no-touch
    • No unloading required
    • 60% drop-and-hook freight
    • Average weekly miles: 2,200–2,500
    • Combination of daytime and nighttime driving
    • Home every two weeks for a reset

    Pay & Earnings
    $0.56–$0.65 CPM depending on experience
    • Typical weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,500
    • Extra pay available for stops, layovers, and breakdowns
    • Scheduled pay increases every 6 months
    • Weekly pay via direct deposit

    Job Duties
    • Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
    • Haul no-touch dry van freight between terminals and customers
    • Maintain logs and inspection records
    • Complete daily safety inspections
    • Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally

    Requirements
    • CDL-A license required
    • Open to new drivers and those with 6+ months experience
    • No major violations or at-fault accidents
    • No DUI within the last 5 years
    • No recent safety terminations
    • Employment history must meet company standards
    • Must pass urine and hair drug screening
