We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers, including recent CDL graduates, for a dedicated regional grocery fleet based in Los Lunas, New Mexico. This position offers consistent year-round freight, weekly home time, no-touch freight, and competitive pay while serving customers throughout New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas.
Both experienced drivers and newer CDL holders are encouraged to apply.
Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Earnings:$1,100–$1,200+
- Average Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,000 miles
Mileage Pay
- 0 Months: $0.51 CPM
- 3 Months: $0.53 CPM
- 6 Months: $0.55 CPM
- 9 Months: $0.56 CPM
- 12 Months: $0.59 CPM
- 24 Months: $0.61 CPM
- 36+ Months: $0.63 CPM
Additional Pay
- Short-Haul Pay: $30 for loads under 100 miles
- Stop Pay: $10 for the first stop, $15 for each additional stop

Home Time & Schedule
- Home Weekly with a 34-hour reset
- Day and night shifts available
- Weekend work required
- Holiday work may be required, including Thanksgiving and Christmas

Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
- Deliver grocery freight on regional routes
- Haul both dry van and refrigerated trailers
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule while providing excellent customer service

- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent CDL graduates welcome
