CDL-A Regional Driver | Aurora, CO | Home Weekly | Earn $1,400–$1,500/Week

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated regional dry van fleet based in Aurora, Colorado. This position offers consistent freight, competitive CPM pay, weekly home time, and a $6,000 sign-on bonus for eligible drivers.

Drivers enjoy dependable regional routes, no-touch freight, and a predictable schedule while hauling dedicated retail freight throughout the region.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Earnings:$1,400–$1,500
• Mileage Pay:$0.63 CPM
• Average Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,500 miles
• Stop Pay:$25 per stop
• Detention Pay:$30 per hour after the first 2 hours
• Weekly direct deposit

$6,000 Sign-On Bonus

Eligible drivers can receive a $6,000 sign-on bonus, paid in 12 monthly installments of $500, subject to company eligibility requirements.

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Weekly with a 34-hour reset
• Regional routes with drivers typically out 2–3 days at a time
• Consistent freight and predictable schedules
• Weekend and holiday schedules may vary based on customer needs

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Haul dedicated dry van freight on regional routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule
• Provide professional customer service at delivery locations

Operating Area

Drivers are based out of Aurora, Colorado and operate throughout the regional service area.

Applicants must live within 50 miles of Aurora, CO (80019).

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience
• Must live within 50 miles of Aurora, CO
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Clean driving record
• No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
• No more than 2 preventable accidents within the past 3 years
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
