We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a regional short-haul dry van fleet operating throughout the Southeast. This position offers weekend home time, assigned equipment, no-touch freight, and a guaranteed minimum mileage program.

Drivers enjoy consistent regional routes, excellent work-life balance, and opportunities to increase earnings through monthly mileage bonuses.

Pay & Compensation

• Current Mileage Pay:$0.63 CPM
• Scheduled Pay Increase:$0.65 CPM
• Average Weekly Earnings:Approximately $1,250
• Top Weekly Earnings:$1,320+
• Average Weekly Miles:1,900+
• Minimum Mileage Guarantee:1,500 miles per week
• Paid weekly

Monthly Mileage Bonus

Earn additional mileage pay based on monthly miles:

• 9,000 miles: +$0.03 CPM
• 10,000 miles: +$0.06 CPM
• 11,000 miles: +$0.09 CPM

Additional accessorial pay is available for qualifying activities.

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Every Weekend
• Regional operation
• Average length of haul: Approximately 300 miles
• Consistent weekly routes throughout the Southeast

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Haul dry van freight throughout the Southeast
• Transport a mix of:
  • Drop & hook freight
  • Live load freight
  • Live unload freight
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight
• Freight of all kinds (FAK)
• No driver unload
• Assigned tractor
• Mix of preloaded trailers and live freight
• Average haul length of approximately 300 miles

Operating Area

Drivers primarily operate throughout:

• Virginia
• North Carolina
• South Carolina
• Georgia
• Florida
• Eastern Tennessee

Drivers remain within a regional operating area, allowing for consistent weekend home time.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of verifiable CDL-A experience
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check
• Willingness to operate throughout the regional Southeast service area
• Strong commitment to safety and on-time deliveries
